Broken lid and cracked container

One lid is broken and the clear case is cracked

Left a review but no customer service available. The package would not allow customer to view damaged lid

Dishwasher safe NO!!!!!!

It literally says on the package dishwasher safe and it definitely is not!!! Ruined mine and no way to contact customer service

Read packaging instructions for washing!

I love mine! Received as a christmas gift and loved it so much I ordered 2 more. Don't know why there are reviews with complaints about hand washing it. It does clearly state "Hand wash only" on front bottom of the package and easy to wash by hand.
The handles are very sturdy and I really like that they're recessed so you can stack more on top.
I love using mine for my fruit & veggie snacks for the week. As a diabetic,
portion control is key in diet.

Snack box missing one of the snap closure

My snack box is missing one of the snap closure on the sage green box and there is no customer service to contact??
